Scheduling, Cancellation, Late Arrivals & No Shows
Your appointment time is reserved for you.
Late arrival will shorten your service time in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
A deposit is required to reserve your service time. The deposit will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due after the completion of your service.
(Full pre-payment is also an option)
Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will void your deposit, pre-payment, or gift certificate. You may cancel and reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment without loosing your deposit, Pre-payment or gift certificate. After 24 hours the system will not allow you to cancel or reschedule your service.
* ALL Deposits, Pre-payments are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
