Scheduling, Cancellation, Late Arrivals & No Shows

  • Please understand that your commitment begins the moment you reserve your service time.  Please arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled service time.  Early arrival also allows time for discussion of what your personal goals are concerning your treatment.  All sessions have a specific schedule & early arrival allows for a relaxed & unhurried experience.  Late arrival may shorten your service time to accomodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Regardless of the length of the service you will be responsible for the full session 

  • ​A deposit is required to reserve your service time.  The deposit will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due after the completion of your service.  
    (Full pre-payment is also an option)
  • Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will void your deposit, pre-payment, or gift certificate. You may cancel and reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment without forfeiting your deposit, Pre-payment or gift certificate.  After 24 hours the system will not allow you to cancel or reschedule your service.   *Saturday appointments are available 9am-1pm the 1st SATURDAY of the month and must be booked 3 days in advance..  Saturday appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.  Full payment of the Invoice is due upon receipt, this will secure your appointment time.  Call 409-363-0124 for all SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ONLY .   *ALL DEPOSITS, PREPAYMENTS, INVOICE PAYMENTS, GIFT CERTIFICATES are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE   *PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE  WITHOUT NOTICE

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. All ONLINE Gift Certificates must be booked online
